Werent able to make the trip because of family emergency. Called expedia 2 days ahead and notified them hoping i would get a refund. No one called me back when i called the hotel they told me they havent heard from expedia. So my money just went down the drain for nothing.

Nosotros rentamos una habitación hace seis meses atrás con tiempo y cuando llegamos la habitación no quería abrir y nuestras cosas laqueadas dentro tuvimos que irnos a otra habitación hasta que lograran abrirla y tomar nuestras cosas casados y exhaustos y para el colmo rentamos por expedía y el hotel nos cobró doble y más $$50 dólares de depósito por seguridad y nunca nos devolvieron nuestro casi $500 que nos cobraron doble ósea por tres noches $115 en total algo sin sentido y el personal del hotel no le importa así es como ellos trabajan. Bien lamentable

My stay was ok, but the room was not. The frige was off balance, and was not very cold. The pullout couch was not clean ,it was full of crumbs. Rugs need to be cleaned. Only thing good about this trip was the tv was bigger than posted.

For a Hyatt, I did not feel the quality of this hotel met the standards of the NAME. Staff was very nice and friendly. A for them. Maid service, again A . But the condition of the halls was sub-standard. Carpets looked old and faded. Wall paper seems old and starting to peel on some corners. I just did not expect this from Hyatt! It is not a hotel that I would recommend to friends at this time. Without some renovations, or discounts on rooms for places like this, I don't think I will return for some time. My confidence has been damaged.

Wonderful hotel in perfect distance to everything. Staff were accommodating and friendly. breakfast was good and shuttle staff was amazing. Ease of access for everything which made our stay so delightful. The pool area needed a little attention but for the most part we would definitely visit again thanks to the wonderful service!

Clean property, comfortable beds, spacious room, economical price. Only issue was the awkward bathroom design, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast included a great selection and the pool and fitness center, even during busy times, were very clean.
