"They are doing all they can given the area it’s in. The lobby has a bit of an elementary school feel to it. However, our rooms were well equipped and clean. Breakfast also had a lot more options than most other places offer. Staff was also very nice and helpful. I’d stay there again if I found myself in Waterville again."

"The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. "Wonderful stay at a lovely historic property. The room was very nice with a view of Penobscot Bay. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local history and community."

"Location of the hotel is in downtown of Camden, just a few steps from all the stores and restaurants. Lovely little garden and a place to sit at night in the backyard with fire pit to make s’more -all ingredients provided by the hotel. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend Riverhouse hotel if you stop by Camden."
