"Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising."

"This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either."

"Even though our stay was only 1 night , it was great , very comfy bed in main room, complimentry bag of fire wood just enough to take to edge off the cool night air , great kitchen , great veiws of the valley looking towards Malaney ,
The only critisism was being able to hear the neighbours upstairs when walking around in their unit . 9/10"

"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."
