"An excellent hotel, with many facilities. Extremely clean and pleasant appearance, and excellent, welcoming staff. Reception very welcoming and efficient on arrival, and checkin very quick.We were given a room change at our request, and with availability of rooms with our preferred view, we were very quickly accommodated and assisted to move rooms to our preferred side of the hotel, giving ourselves and son rooms on the same floor and vicinity. Nothing otherwise wrong with the room. Buffet breakfast had plentiful choice, food was fresh and well presented. Sports bar good but air conditioning too harsh for us and others. Staff pleasant and helpful, and thank you to Asmaa our room attendant who kept our room immaculately clean and tidy throughout our stay. Always pleasant smiling and welcoming. Also a big thank you to Gloria, Guest Relations Manager who helped to make our stay such a good experience, and ensured that our stay was as good as it possibly could be, ensuring that any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. This was our second stay at this hotel snd I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those like ourselves who were only staying for a short visit. It was a haven for relief from the noise, hustle and bustle of the busy city, and it is very easy and inexpensive to take taxis to anywhere within the city. We stayed on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, and couldn’t hear the planes at all, and would definitely stay there again."

The staff is truly outstanding — professional, warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and they made sure my every need was met throughout my stay. The hotel has an older charm and boutique appeal that makes it feel special, warm, and intimate. It is elegant without feeling cold or impersonal. Honestly, the hotel feels like a warm hug. After long days of exploring Cairo, it was such a comfort to return to a place that felt safe, relaxing, and welcoming. One moment that really stood out was when one of the bellmen made sure my tour guide had arrived at the correct hotel before I went out alone. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me and showed the genuine care the staff has for their guests’ safety and comfort. The amenities also made the stay even better. We visited the spa, and it was wonderful — the perfect way to relax and unwind. Having a bank inside the hotel was incredibly convenient and made it easy to access cash when needed. We ordered room service, and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. The staff even set up a beautiful table so I could truly enjoy my meal, which was such a lovely touch. The food and drinks were also a highlight. My sister loved their cosmos, and the bartender personally came over"

"The room view was amazing the property grounds and decor was amazingly beautiful like a jaipur palace. Love love the location. Service from the staff was next level. Love the pastry and coffee at the lobby and the late checkout allowance was so lovely they were sweet for accommodating us "

"Elevator broken. Hotel on fifth floor. No one spoke English. Called for someone to check us in didn’t show. After 45 minutes of waiting we left to find another hotel. We were tired. I have requested a refund"

"My family and I had a lovely time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient as it is so close to the Cairo Airport. The staff were very kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food choices, the views were beautiful and the rooms were always spotless because of the awesome housekeeping. Would definitely recommend if you are in Cairo!"

"Our stay was room only for a week, the room was spacious, all amenities available including tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. Iron and hairdryer. Water bottles was left every morning when room was cleaned. There is a roof pool and seating area but unfortunately the pool was very cold to swim, not heated in May. Staff everywhere helpful and polite. Security at front of hotel and location great with great shops around "

"What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."
