"It’s so disappointing to spend over a hundred dollars and be given a room and bathroom that could use a good cleaning. Not to mention hallways with dirty stained carpet."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool as we are local to Colorado and wanted to have a staycation. We did try calling the property two times before actually booking so we could confirm that the pool was open and never received a response or call back. Once we got there to check in it was too late to drive back home so when we saw that the pool was closed we stayed anyways. The property is nice and so was our room. The bathtub/bathroom...
