"Breakfast was next door at Burger King. Doing renovation at hotel. Food lady wasn’t very friendly. Food was not good. Room was fine. Didn’t feel real safe outside at night. "

"Beds were comfortable and clean, which is important. However, there was no soap in the shower and very little in the hand dispenser. Because everything is done in dispensers, it was impossible to have soap in the shower since that dispenser was empty. Therefore, no showers for us! We tried to contact the front desk to ask for soap. Unfortunately despite a promise on the website that someone “would be available” until 10:00, no one ever answered the front desk. The front door was locked and no staff person was available from when we started trying to reach them at 8:00pm."

I called the front desk and the gal was super friendly and helpful. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast they provided was not good. "

"My only regret was not being able to stay longer. We called ahead to check the cable TV as my husband was intent on watching the March Madness Basket ball Tournament. Not only did she assure we would be able to watch it, she set it up and it was on when we checked in! It was our most comfortable stay of our entire Grand Circle"
