Monument Valley is an awe-inspiring place, especially at sunrise and sunset. To be close to these views, you need to stay at Gouldings or The View. Based on my experience, I would recommend The View hotel.

The view is great from the room, we were on 3rd floor and it’s beautiful. The lodge/hotel thou old are well maintained. The outside patio is what stands out to me. I stayed here in part of my roadtrip of Arizona/Utah, and I left my earring in the room by accident when I was already hundreds of miles away. These people were super kind enough to ship my earring back home for me!! You can definitely trust them with your stuff in the room.
