"My balcony faced another hotel’s balcony with thick wires hanging done in front and you could barely see the beach if you turned your head 90 degrees. The bananas at the continental breakfast looked like they had been to the war front! The were brown and damaged. Also, there was no bedspread. They only had a small piece of a bedspread covering the foot of the bed. The window shade did not block the sun and the room was too bright for sleeping. "We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "
