"Cute property right by the footpath to the beach, so you’re not far from anything. Easy walk to the main beach, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and all the restaurants and shopping. Our room had a queen and a twin bed and kitchen area and was in the main house area but there are other buildings as well. Assigned parking spot. Very nice continental breakfast and you have ocean views while you eat. Slightly more moderately priced than a few of the larger resorts a little further down. I’ve stayed multiple times and am always glad I did."

"The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm."

"Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me almost $100 to valet Park my vehicle and trailer. Then I had to go self-park my vehicle because they were not allowed to drive vehicles with trailers. Just a heads up for anybody else that comes in the area. In that situation they tend to charge you a buttload and expect you to do the work they charge you for"

"It's a good place to stay if you're looking for an affordable overnight option. The front desk gentleman was very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. As for the room, it definitely needs some upgrades. It was clean but quite outdated. The bathroom light flickered, the shower pressure was weak, and the A.C. emitted a strong burning smell when we adjusted the temperature. They don't have on-site dining options, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, the beach is just a five-minute drive down the road, which was very nice."
