"The room was only “cleaned” once during my stay, which my stay was a week. There were ants behind the bed from old food no one cleaned up, I told the staff and nothing was done. There were fresh blood stains on both of my beds. The owner came outside screaming at me that it is a no smoke facility, which I don’t even smoke. She did not introduce herself, just started screaming. My children were crying wondering why I random lady is yelling when we did nothing wrong. That’s no way to speak to...

"The fact that they charge you to park your car across the street in the parking lot a fee instead of it being for free. And then the fact that you have to pay $25 just to get towels out at the pool. And for what you’re paying for the hotel is dated, and unless you have your blinds pulled your room is hot from the sun on the windows. You can turn down the AC, but it won’t do anything. You don’t even really feel it blowing."

"Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. However I do not blame the hotel because that's bound to happen. I'm very grateful the staff and management gave a quick response and immediately replaced the...

"The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying."
