"Beautiful room over the water. Could use a refresh. Staff was less than helpful; we felt like an inconvenience. We were offered a free continental breakfast our first day but not after that. Unsure why."

"Overall, this is a great place to stay in Moorea. Location is central to restaurants, markets and beaches. Resort is very well maintained and clean, restaurant has a great vibe and atmosphere. Food is prepared well and service was excellent. Our 2 bedroom was situated perfectly with multiple views of the bay and ocean views providing endless photo opportunities. The only shortfall is the fitness center which is basically a closet with 2 pieces of equipment. Just keep that in mind if that is...

"Small newer bungalows with an eager staff to please. Very quiet property. Kitchens in rooms so you can shop and make your breakfast at least. A little pricey ( but So is everything in FP) on the breakfast that you can pay for. Very quiet area of the island. Maybe I've been spoiled around the world but the reef on Moorea is not the greatest for snorkeling"

"Bungalows were great There is some internet is available although it’s slow at times. There are no tvs which is brilliant. You just sit back and enjoy the views Free use of kayaks and you’re right next to the area of the lagoon where the best snorkelling for the moorea island is. It’s one of 3 locations where you sit in the balcony and watch the sun go down The breakfast staff are brilliant and the local restaurants give plenty of options and are just 300 -400 m down the road it’s sister...

"We were on a cruise which ended in Papeete. We decided to spend an additional 2 nights in the area and chose Moorea due to proximity by ferry. I researched hotels and chose Hibiscus due to the excellent ratings and price. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a deluxe bungalow by the beach and we had a view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of fridge, microwave and hot pot. There is a small shopping area within walking distance that has stores and...

"Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "

"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...
