"The property was perfect for our needs. I gave it four stars for some minor reasons. 1). The upstairs 1/2 bath toilet was basically for #1’s only. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s. 2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers. Thought maybe because it had been vacant for awhile. But it was normal for every 1st shower. 3). The coffee machine brewed brown hot water instead of coffee. Luckily the...

"they only have valet parking so be aware. After you've paid everything, you will find a charge several days or weeks later "resort fee" Bring your own change of money because the desk will send you to the bar. The bar will tell you they have no money than the desk will send you to the valet downstairs and the valet will look at you kind of like "what?" The reason I'm saying this it did not just happen once. 304 different times actually. The hotel is centrally located approximately two or three blocks from the plaza. But to get to the plaza, you will walk by many great stores and galleries. Huge lobby, no one ever in it. The bar at the far side reminded me of the shining."
