The El Dorado is a beautiful hotel in a great location for central Santa Fe activities. Valet parking was included. Staff were all great. A little surprising that the restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday and that breakfast was not included at this price point.

We Loved our stay at the El Dorado! Conveniently located close to the plaza, as well as an easy walk to the train station where the farmers market was amazing. The staff was very personable, friendly and helpful. This will be our go to when in Santa Fe

The resort was clean, quiet and in a nice location. The staff was a little less friendly. The bar closed very early. No one was generally at the gift shop at early hours. Overall, I would stay again but some staffing issues should be addressed.

The Eldorado is right in the heart of historic Santa Fe, so it was great to walk out of the hotel and into all the shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and a wonderful rooftop pool with hot tubs. Highly recommend!

The only thing I did not like was that I could not fully enjoy the stay or go to the spa. It was a quick trip into Santa Fe to attend a concert at the Lensic Theatre and an early morning to get on the road to an appointment. It is a beautiful hotel and location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especial because I misplaced my parking ticket.

The property way pet friendly. The property was not well cared for, at least my room wasn't. It's like they ignored my room for years and forgot it was there.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly and caring staff. We often had to ask for help—whether it was directions, finding a fruit market, or replacing our key—and each time we were met with respect and genuine care. The location is great as well, with plenty of interesting places to explore within walking distance.

Very old hotel, need to be updated especially bathroom, chair in the room so old it had worn out, only good thing is very convenient location

Always a pleasant stay at the El Dorado! My family loves the pool and the convenience to downtown. Their rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The hotel is lovely. We had fun at the pool. I wish the restaurants and bar hours were clearer. The spa was nice, but very pricey.

Beautiful hotel in a prime downtown location. Easily walkable to all of Santa Fe’s attractions. Comfortable beds and very attentive staff. Highly recommended!
