"Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di settembre, la stanza molto comoda, pulita, con tutto il necessario per renderla accogliente, con vista al lago, stupenda. Il personale di una disponibilità ed amabilità incredibile. La colazione completa: frutta, dolci, formaggi, a chi piace una colazione salata molto assortita. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, sicuramente torneremo."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. "After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"

"This is a classic Italian countryside villa located in a wooded area by a lake. It is just 40 minutes from the Milan Airport on the way to Lake Lugano and Switzerland. Tall ceilings, clean room with a view of the forest. There is a road in front of the property, but we could hardly hear it even during the day. They accommodated a late check in (9:30PM)."
