Upon leaning we were stuck for a week while awaiting a new flight, they again went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and could stay for the duration of our extended wait. "I liked the property firstly because of central location. There good restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel. Also there is great public transport, trains, underground and buses. The hotel also provided lovely breakfast. Our room was clean, available on time and staff was brilliant. This was a second booking with them. Will definitely book if staying in Paddington "
