Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. "Lovely hotel and so handy for the station opposite. I had a nice quiet room and I was delighted to have a bath as well as a shower. The decor was slightly dated but none the worse for that and I had everything I needed including plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful"

We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard."
