Cari Kastel di Morellino di Scansano Wine Area

"So peaceful! The staff was amazing and thoughtful. We enjoyed wine made at the farm and a sampling of meats and cheeses outside our room and it was lovely! We loved our stay here- the walk to the hot springs was also beyond quiet. Delicious breakfast as well. Highly recommend! Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Propriété magnifique. Buffet déjeuner parfait. Personnel très aidant."

"I have stayed at this property twice in the last 3 months and enjoyed this Tuscan countryside resort both times. The grounds are beautiful overlooking the countryside and close to the hot springs for our morning mineral dip. The resident cats are a treat as well as the homemade breakfast buffet. The staff is helpful and respectful. Love this place....shhhh don't tell anyone else! My only complaint if I really dug for one in my memory was that the suite we had this time was missing the...

"Best experience was interaction with bell staff Carlo who was friendly and quite a gentleman. Otherwise the hotel got the famous and unique location that made it stand out. The facility is doing its best for maintenance but its age is showing. Breakfast was the highlight as well with organic local foods for the health conscious. Front desk staff was hit or miss. Evening staff much better and friendlier. Welcoming staff was having such indifference to our long travel to come and appreciate...

"Family run, great location, great price, adjacent to a very good restaurant. Quiet. Close to saturnia hot spring waterfall."

"Maurizio and his wife Valy were super helpful in days out recommendations very lovely couple. Valy does not speak English but tried to communicate the best she could. Maurizio has very good English. He was super knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast every day with homemade cakes and eggs from their chickens. Yum! The rooms are clean and plenty of storage and a fridge. The only thing I would say is if you like drinking tea if chilling at room there is no kettle and we forgot our travel one. But...

"Stunning village. 1st floor unit was a little awkward getting to with suitcases. Hot water for the shower- cold quickly.Sufficient for one person. Also, very small. Space between bidet and toilet, very tight. Dishes were not clean. Facilities on offer were good."

"Tutto perfetto. Dalla gentilezza dell’host alla camera che era spaziosa."

"Absolutely one of the most beautiful places to stay in Tuscany, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and great views."

"Sauberes Zimmer in der Villa. Alles wunderbar gepflegt. Ruhige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Jederzeit gerne wieder"

"Avevamo scelto la struttura per la distanza dal mare che però nel sito è in linea d’aria. Per cui ci siamo trovati a percorrere oltre 30 km in 40 minuti di curve. Cena nella norma ottima colazione che ci è stat la servita mezz’ora prima dell’orario solito per cui ringraziamo la proprietaria per l’attenzione nei nostri confronti."

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo il ristorante che era chiuso in settimana Comunque esistono tante osterie nella strada per montemerano"

"Peaceful location with easy access to the coast, saturnia, and other interesting areas. The property is very pleasant and well maintained."

"Do not stay here. The host was rude and dishonest. We booked and paid for a superior room but were put in a standard room. The host would not move us as he said he was booked out (he had given our room to someone else). Would not refund us the difference. Told us all the rooms were the same price and that Expedia had charged us more for the room and not him, which was not the case."
