There is no security. My sister and husband witnessed some man on the stairs right outside our hotel doing drugs, then the same man was passed out in the hallway by the backdoor, which was by our room. "Most of the staff is super friendly and understanding some use they power and not in a helpful way. I understand how policy work I was charged a $50 plus tax late fee for paying my room 30min late due to not having my debit card at the moment. When people smoke in the room all day everyday with no consequences if you gone enforce policy enforce it all the way not half way. Dog poop everywhere nobody really pick up after there’re dog!!!"

"We got two non smoking rooms with two queen beds each, and there was a bad smell in both of them. They gave us our towels at the lobby, they were not ready for us in the rooms. The only toiletries available were 2 tiny shampoo bottles that did not lather up. The sign near the pool says pool and spa but the pool is not heated. Deposit amount is not stated on Expedia before arriving, will update if I get it back."
