Friendly staff, nice breakfast

This was just a stop off night on our way to LA after landing at SFO. This hotel was much better than I expected. Great quality room and a very comfy bed.

Usually I would give a bad review as our large room was double booked which resulted in us having to split the family up over two separate rooms on different floors. However the hotel manager and staff were very apologetic and made sure we were looked after. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, however the sofa bed wasn't up to standard. The air con was a little noisy but most hotels have this problem. We enjoyed 3 @ 5 night stays during June 26 while visiting family and taking in World Cup games at Levi Stadium and San Pedro Square Fanzone. The hotel is excellent, great staff who are always helpful. Well appointed rooms and a good breakfast. Great location especially if you want to use the VTA or Caltrain and a short distance by Lyft / Uber from SJC. We stayed at the hotel in 2025 and I’m sure we will return in 2027.

Well positioned for the outlets. Lovely and clean and a welcome break from other hotels. We woill certainly stay again on our next visit.

Surprising facilities for an airport hotel. Very friendly reception and restaurant. Excellent room. Good breakfast. Easy parking. It even has a pool and spa.

Really great stay here. Super clean and quiet, with great food options nearby.
