"Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. "

It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...
