Had a great 5 day trip here. Beach was beautiful, property was nice. Was a bit concerned about the food from reading previous reviews - after experiencing it myself I have no complaints and was very happy with the meals. My only complaint was room ran a bit smaller the expected however, what made this resort special was the beach, the dine around program offered, and the staff. From Mya to helping us with check in/check out, and the general manager being extremely friendly. Special shoutout to Jonathan from front desk, really went above and beyond. Would re-book specifically to have the same staff. Ideal for a relaxing trip to reset and unwind.

It was a wonderful resort experience. The staff was beyond great during both check-in and check-out, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. The swim-up pool was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of the stay. I would definitely return!

Loved Crystal Cove. Wonderful breakfasts. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the free watersports and going on the catamaran. Also enjoyed the opportunity to use the water taxi to go along the coast to the other hotels. It was lovely to visit the different hotels to eat lunch and dinner.

Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you.

Beautiful beach and great rooms. The food and beverage let this hotel down. Very little choice on the menu and the quality was not great. The website states 2 restaurants to choose from, only one restaurant was open at a time. The beach/ pool drinks service was non existent. Many guests chose to eat elsewhere. This could be an amazing hotel with the right leadership.

Great location with very nice renovated rooms, overall the property is lovely. Most staff is very friendly. Good pools for the kids along with a beautiful beach, nice loungers for both. Food qualify is good. Menu choices for a la carte are quite limited. Watersports options are great.

Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily. Front of house team courteous and on point. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration.

I stayed at Crystal Cove in July 2026. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. I understand the property was recently renovated. Staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and were extremely helpful. From the dining room staff, to the bar staff, to the front desk...interacting with the hotel staff was a pleasure. The bars were very accessible and there was virtually no wait to get drinks. There were three pools to choose from and as many have noted, the swim up cave bar is a defining feature of the property. The beach is easily accessed, and the waters were calm and inviting. The hotel with its colorful buildings and the backdrop of the ocean made for the perfect scenic Caribbean experience from morning to sunset. The two elements of my experience where I would have liked to see more are in the categories of food and entertainment. Food was well-prepared and tasty in general. However, part of my expectations in travelling to Barbados was to be exposed to and enjoy Bajan food. I was forced to leave the hotel to find many notable Bajan dishes. There was no flying fish. On the night we were to have black pudding and souse, there was no black pudding. We had Bajan bakes only one breakfast during our nine day stay. If any hotel managers read this, Add More Bajan Food so people can enjoy the food culture in addition to the beauty of the resort. The other issue is the hotel nighttime entertainment was minimal. There were singers some nights, but nothing extravagant.

No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered yet so could not dine or drink outside by beach bar
