"We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. "The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall."

"The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. "It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."

"We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful.
