Loved the area and the proprty but the sea view rooms we got were nit really sea view room. Accesiblity with a big vehicle was also an issue so we had to drag our stuff uphill to get in. The staff was very nice and iverall we liked our stay

Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is located in a neighborhood not in the resort areas of Goa. Many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

Check when this area is "in season" and make sure that events and activities are available. At the beginning of the season activities here still were not available. Don't tour on a national/religious holiday. Even off season there are a lot of people
