"Breakfast and staff were great, the beach shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. Very convenient when going down to the beach. The air wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, but it was ok for the time we were there. The parking was gated and secure, which was great for peace of mind. "

"Not impressed with this property. Expected more attention to details. Amenities promised were nonexistent. The market place that was supposed to have cookies always completely empty no matter what time of day. Staff contradicted saying restock was in the AM or other staff advising restocked in the evening. If this is an amenity it should be stocked throughout the day and evening or just don’t offer it. A lot of mismanagement at the front desk.young inexperienced staff who could care less about...

"There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place. "

"Breakfast was standard and not bad. Room was clean, but definitely showing its age. Lots of dented edges, scuff and old carpet. Make sure you dont get an adjoining room if youre traveling alone. Noise travels like people are in the room with you. It feels over peiced for the condition its in, but at least its clean."

"The room was clean. I still take additional steps to ensure disinfection. The staff was quick and prompt with my check in. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and the room was ready for me. Check out was a breeze as well. My only con to this property would be to lower the nightly cost due to the residents living there and bringing down the value of the property."

"Ive have tried 4 hotels in Deerfield and this was the best of the bunch (inexpensive and working in the area for weeks here) should have picked them first instead of trying the others.... breakfast, fridge in room, always coffee down stairs, very safe. Could use a coat of paint for sure but for business was the best 100$ room so far."
