"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery.
Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent.
Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees.
Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."
