"The reservation desk is in the Casino building, the motor lodge is a separate building west of the fuel station. The room was nice as expected, the only complaint I have is the plumbing sound when water is running in an adjacent room is too loud. It woke us up early in morning. Initially, I thought there was a water leak, but I determined it was just a fixture flowing water in the adjacent suite. Other than that, No complaints."

"I'm sure if I stayed the winter and skiid the location was perfect as it is right at the base of Heavenly resort. But I came at the end of May so it felt a little off the beaten path. No onsite restaurant which was a bummer, but not the end of the world. Well appointed rooms that felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Would have liked more water pressure from the shower head."

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues "
