"The view of the mountains from our room was a little obstructed by the building in front but still very nice. The room was big and had a fridge. It is walking distance to Peles Castle and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delicious. There’s a bus stop a few steps away but Bolt is also available. Would highly recommend! "

"We actually booked a different hotel but when we arrived for check in a woman came and told us to go across the street. It may have been a language barrier, but she refused to explain anything. Luckily, the young man at the other hotel attempted to explain, although I’m still not clear why he said it was because our original hotel was closed for”today”. "Beautiful view, great breakfast and Restaurant, walking distance to train station and to the skiing slopes. Bathroom had a weird smell and just wouldn’t go away. Everything else is great. "

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. Breakfast on the other hand was...
