"I chose this business for a short stay based on previous reviews. I am not sure what people considered clean, but that was not what I found. The floors were dirty, and most of the surfaces in the room appeared to be cleaned with dirty rags. The sheets and pillows had burns and spots on them. The refrigerator was dirty. I asked for a room change, but I found the exact same issues in the second room. I took photos but the camera did not highlight the problems. I was promised a refund (pending), and I booked another hotel. "

"At check-in the credit card from Hotels.com/Expedia was denied. It was different than the card I had booked the room with, the card in my Hotels.com account. My spouse who was staying at the hotel had to pay for it. Therefore, we were charged twice. I will be calling Chase Bank to dispute the original payment which had already been charged. I will also call Hotels.com regarding this error."

"basic, clean & comfortable. no coffee maker in room. walls not soundproof so noisy. could not keep fan running continuously to block out noises. good for our dog."
