"We were on the 3rd floor room #344. The room was great, we loved it. However, the hallway was never vacuumed. We were there 3 days and the same dental floss and trash pieces were on the floor. The elevator floors were stained with spilled drinks. Finally, the lobby and kitchen floors were so sticky, your shoes stuck as you walked. Never ate breakfast there because the floor grossed us out. Everything else was fine."

"Indeed a "resort". While the property needed some repairs, it was lovely. Beautiful location, serene patio, huge room. Towels, robe, furnishings were luxurious. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Failed to mention that we needed our key card to exit property after we checked out?! Pool bar and area was very nice. We plan to return!"

"Everything was great except the misleading photo of room size. Smelled clean, looked clean. I asked ahead about handicap room because my 83yr old mom was coming. Donn't think we got that. She had a difficult time but managed. Check in at 4pm unless I offered $100 for earlier check in. I didn't do that, seemed shady. Some pet friendly hotels have barking dogs all night but I didn't hear anything. Breakfast was complimentary and fine."

"Beautiful hotel, clean, terrific staff, free breakfast was a nice touch and wonderful partial view of the ocean. Cute area walking distance to the restaurants. Perfect place to relax. Grocery store is a short drive away. I would love to return!"
