"Staff, lovely. Rooms dirty. Not the kind of dirty rhat can be blamed on cleaning staff. Property owner type dirty. Shower doesnt drain, toilet doesnt flush, mold around windows, air filters filthy, grout peeling, and the stuff rhat would rrquire staff to have time/support to do, deep clwaning stuff, obviously not done.
