"I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status."

"First of all, Francesca our contact was very nice and helpful. However, there were issues in the property when we arrived. The shower did not work and no shower curtain! The microwave did not work and when we arrived at the property the WIFI was not working either. The next day Francesaca sent a manager over to fix the shower head and the WIFI, but we never were abe to use the kitchen because the microwave did not work and the gas stove was there but the lighter they left there did not work...

There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working.
