Hotel murah di Morton Grove

"When we came room was clean, but I can't turn of television, I can change channels, but it didn't turned off. Bathroom looks clean, but toilet was absolutely dirty inside, and I find somebodies underwear in Bathroom. Breakfast was not very bad but little bit poor. We were stay for 2 days, but nobody comes and clean our room and change our towels. "

"It was just completely horrible there I mean it's run down and it didn't look like it was cleaned for a long time the laundry room was really dark and was connected to the main lobby the rooms smell kind of moldy and just generally unappealing. I didn't stay for more than ten minutes. I let him keep the deposit. It was horrible. "

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"The room was clean and staff was nice. We got in late and they allowed us to check in later because of this. Our bathroom was clean however the shelf to hold our soaps were falling apart so we had our soaps on the floor. The extra showerhead also did not work. We got a balcony room and was disappointed that there was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and the sounds of the city. "Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was extremely fast. Room was clean and everything was in good condition. Breakfast was great! The only tiny thing I could complain about was the beds being full-size instead of queen-size, but I knew that going in - it just would have been a better night’s sleep with that extra bed space!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others. "

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."
