"My poor rating is the poor quality / price rating. This motel is over rated, probably due to the location. The reason for my poor rating is that the motel was not willing to cater for gluten free breakfast, not replied to pre-arrival request to cater for some basic gluten free options. No effort at all and only poor excuses when addressed. Shame. With some focused customer experience approach, they could have made a heck of a difference."

"Staff were very kind and helpful, room was clean. No elevator nor offer of lifting heavy luggage to the second floor. No breakfast ... which they say has not happened in the past 4 years. Was very close to the park and bonus was seeing a group of 15-20 elk just down from the lodging."

"Staff not friendly and rushing. Almost doesn’t want to be bothered. Portable A/C broken ard 1:00am. Staff informed in the morning only. Casually said she’ll let the maintenance know. There’s also a strong smell of bleach as we enter the room."

"The cabin has a nice well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds with nice towels and blankets. However, the heating unit downstairs needs repair which was not great as it got really cold the last night of our stay. The fire pit is lovely but the chairs need replacing because they are mostly cracked from the sun and one broke at the back. We communicated with the owner about dead batteries and missing remotes but there was no followup. "

Clean, spacious, comfortable, safe, great location, and had every amenity you could ask for - full kitchen with spices, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, blender, toaster, cofffee mate, coffee grinder, french press, dishwasher, propane grill, microwave, and lots of pots/pans/knives/serving dishes, etc.; wood buring stove, ceiling fans, electric heat, air purifier, soft throws, bean bags; and they even had laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, dish...
