"Okay"

"Aging property with minimal amenities, upside the staff was nice and friendly, but everything about the place screams old and outdated. Hot water for the shower took 5-8 mins to finally reach temperature, toilet leaked so every 30-45 mins the toilet tank is filling while you’re trying to sleep. I stayed for the price but won’t recommend it for anything more than a place to sleep for those not overly picky about looks and condition."

"We were very pleased with our two night stay. The lady that checked us in that Sunday night made us feel welcomed and at home. In town for a surgery, the room proved to be comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Loved the walk in shower! Extremely convenient and close to everything. "

"One of, if not, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We book our stay at this hotel every time we visit the area to see concerts at Brandon Amphitheater. Very nice staff is another huge plus! The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. "

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bath was dangerously slippery but did have a hand bar but I lined it with one of the towels for a shower. The breakfast was ok but lukewarm rather than hot. It was noisy at night in our room as the staff of IHOP (which was opposite our room) hung out there on there breaks."

"The room was okay. It was clean, but not worth $158 per night! (It used to cost $80 per night which it still should be). It needed some small repairs like sealing holes around fixtures. The towels seemed clean but old and had holes and tears in them. The breakfast was edible. It was the same everyday and some items seemed to be leftover from the day before. The fridge/freezer combo in my room was a decent size. The microwave was small, but clean. There was no ironing board, the iron worked but...

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life! The room was filthy and smelled so bad we got up early and left. This place should be shut down. The AC unit was full of mold, I’m certain this is where the smell was coming from. I went to get ice for our room ice machine was also full of mold, most likely has never had a PM. The only plus from this dump was Beverly the front desk girl."
