"My partner and I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! It was super exciting walking to our room and seeing a family of elephants! It had a great nature feel too it and was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend"

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

Das Personal alle sehr nett (besonders: Rassie, mit dem wir unvergessliche Stunden auf den Game Drives hatten und Chris, der sehr zuvorkommende Barkeeper, Kellner). Eine total Katastrophe war das Essen. Im Vorfeld wurden wir nach Allergien etc. gefragt. Jedoch wurde nichts davon umgesetzt. Ich muss mich vegan ernähren, aber kann Eier essen.
