"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Absolutely loved our stay here, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the cooking area was just the right size, and the location was perfect to the station and the centre of Chamonix we will be staying here again. "

Its nice hotel and rooms, a little outdated and needs renovation.Also no cleaning services and bathroom shampoo included, will be great if once or 2 times a week rooms will be cleaned. Otherwise everything was good enough, close to the center and shopping area,as well to the slopes. Recommended. "
