Остановился в данном хостеле на 1 ночь. Прекрасное расположение в шаговой доступности от м.Чистые пруды, центр Москвы с большим количеством достопримечательностей, кафе и прочих заведений. При заселении обязателен депозит за ключ и полотенце - 500 руб, но его обязательно оставлять наличными, если их не будет то девушка с ресепшн может отправить в банкомат, который находится где-то на ул.Покровка даже в ночное время суток. Сам хостел достаточно приятный и чистый. Номер с большими кроватями, чистым бельем и с удобствами (приватный светильник, розетки около кровати и общие туалет с душем на этаже). Пребывание в самом номере оказалось сущим адом: помимо гостей, вроде меня остановившихся на короткое время, в комнате проживали еще постояльцы, для которых не писаны нормы поведения в ночное время суток - пьяный или под чем-то еще "колдырь", по другому его не назвать, в 1:30 позволял себе горланить во весь свой пропитый рот, включал музыку на колонку "ямаха" - да, она конечно классная с хорошим звучанием, но это делать было, мягко говоря, неуместно в комнате полной народу, в довесок ко всему он включил кондиционер (середина октября если что) и ушел восвояси, залив всю комнату дезодорантом. В семье, как говорится, не без урода - но такие индивидуумы и портят всю картину о месте. Ладно бы это оказался какой то залетный гастролер, но нет - это постоялец хостела, которому не писаны правила проживания! Руководство возьмите пожалуйста этот факт на заметку - ведь такие люди портят отношение

Неплохой хостел, убранные номера, однако чистота в душе оставляет желать лучшего, во всех душевых присутствует ржавчина. При заселении все как надо, персонал улыбается, однако при ситуациях, хоть немного отличающихся от шаблонных, персонал ведёт себя некомпетентно. Забронировал номер с включенным завтраком на 3 дня, в первый день все было отлично. Однако на второй день мне заявили, что завтрак в мой тариф не включен и потребовали оплатить завтрак, съеденный в первый день. Связался со своим сайтом бронирования, отель признал ошибку, но ничего возмещать не стал, предложив лишь скидку на проживание. Завтрак ни во второй, ни в третий день мне так и не был предоставлен, а завтрак за первый день пребывания я оплатил дважды. Пребыванием остался недоволен.

I liked hotel staff- very friendly. Good security. So I felt myself safely. Many lavatory rooms including shower rooms. Big canteen where you can have bracks or dinner.
