"The staff really does exhibit southern charm. To the bell hop to the front desk associates to the custodial crew, everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I liked how there is separation between the gaming area and the hotel rooms, plus the pool area was active and chill with the bar and live DJ. I did have challenges that were reported regarding the room furniture (damaged), but overall I would stay again."

"Check in is a little confusing. You just need to pull into the garage then you’ll see signs. Restaurants and resort was clean. The pillows were overly firm so we could not use them at all. The beds were not comfortable and both had back pain and restless sleep. Staff was professional and helpful. Swim up bar is cash and card only. Morning coffee shop staff wasn’t exactly the most pleasant. With the summer being so hot, garage parking was appreciated. We spent time in the arcade and Pier park. I would come back but I’ll bring my own pillow. We enjoyed our stay."
