"Hotel grounds were beautiful and the location cannot be beat for those looking to explore the old town. Overall the hotel staff were kind and mostly helpful. The one significant issue I had was that our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and reeked of mold/must. When I asked the hotel staff they mostly dismissed my claim, said it was normal, and claimed all rooms were booked and there was nothing that could be done. "This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"

"The staff was lovely and accommodating. I arrived very late and they gave me a few extra hours before check out the next day. Check-in was incredibly easy. The facilities were impeccably clean and new. Before leaving, I enjoyed lounging on the terrace with a river view in the afternoon. Highly recommend!"

"My friend and I only stayed for one night there. That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift.
