"We chose this location because it was near the Ducati factory and museum. The hotel was a decent place to spend the night and I would stay there again. There was a coffee shop and restaurant in the lobby. We didn't visit the coffee shop. The restaurant was fine and since we didn't want to take a taxi or uber it suited us. "Highly highly recommend!! I stayed for one night during a motorcycle road trip. The room was the perfect size, well equipped & really comfortable. Free easy secure parking for my bike. Family run B&B with high class hotel level decor & fittings. Alberto & his staff were absolutely amazing & made my short stay relaxing. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. Nice coffee machine & farm shop of their own produce!"

"Clean room, however aircon was not initially working on first night and had to push receptionist to fix this as apparently no other rooms were available. Gym being refurbished and we weee not informed prior to stay. Minimal amenities in the area and required taxis for transport to train station/historic centre. Helpful staff"
