Just fyi no clerk after a certain time so that was a little on me for not checking the emails properly but the contact person answered my call in good time. The hammock in the room was a fun touch!! Really liked this hotel!"

"There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bedding was stained. The outside door would periodically not work so you would have to walk all the way around. The tv would turn off and not turn back on. The hotel is non smoking...but it smells like a stail cigarette.The cleaning staff was rude. There was barely anything for the breakfast. Would not stay there again, especially at the price point."

"Well...never been to a hotel..that says check in time..3pm..you get there at 430 and have to wait until 530pm as limited to no staff scramble to clean rooms. Maybe it was a hard 2 days for em..with concert goers...but that is unacceptable when u have somewhere to be. I question what actually got cleaned..as I watched them make bed..with door open.. it smelled fresh like they did a quick spray of surfaces and remote..etc.. and took trash...the bathtub had hair in it..dirty and standing water.. no...

"Staff was great but the rooms are old and extremely out of date and delpidated. The breakfast was minimal and many things were not stocked or working (milk, juice, sugar). The nightly rate was steep for what was provided."

"The room was not clean enough. The washroom was smelly. The floor was not clean. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to provide rolls quickly. There were not enough tissue rolls in the washroom."
