The only „negative“ comment is about the AC control in the room: it was not easy to adjust the temperature because the control unit did not really respond. So I could not adjust as I liked to. "Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, nicht wirklich gut, aber auch nicht wirklich schlecht. Der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthaltes entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Zum Beispiel war die Rezeption sehr schnell überfordert, das Servicepersonal war mehrheitlich unfreundlich, abgesehen vom Chef des Service beim Frühstück und des Reinigungspersonals. Das Essen war o.k. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Was störend war, war, dass es beim Frühstück nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste...

"Zu Fuss über Tellerlift Gondelstation Carosello gut erreichbar. In der Nähe hat es genug Restaurants zum Essen. Zentrum Livigno ist zu Fuss etwas zu weit. Zimmer nicht allzu gross, aber viel Stauraum vorhanden. Frühstück bietet frischgepressten Orangensaft und Pancakes an."

"Die Lage am Berg ist einzigartig und zugleich etwas schwieriger mit dem Auto. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die sehr wenigen und kaum vorhandenen Parkplätze. Die gebuchte Suite mit Whirlpool ist top!"
