"Nice bright, sunny studio unit in locked condo building.
Pros: Fabulous view of the ocean and surf (seawall, no beach). On boardwalk, great for walking, jogging, roller-blading, in interesting area. Unit is clean and comfortable. Fabulous restaurant next door.
Cons: Company that runs/owns (who knows?) unit does a terrible job at communicating how to access. (Disbelieve “check in desk open from 2 to 6.” There is no desk, no “in.”) Make sure you have complete access codes or...

"It was a nice comfortable apartment with limited views of the sea.
The apartment is literally above the petrol station, it felt precarious at times, but that was probably irrational fear.
Good layout, of living space, bedroom with ample storage wardrobes.
One set of cupboards was locked up, it makes staying in apartments without full access seem strange.
It is a longer walk to V&A Waterfront, but the local shops as Woolworths and Pick-n-Pay are just about 15 minutes away.

"A beautifully updated and impeccably clean studio apartment in a prime Cape Town location -- nestled between the Sea Point/Mouille Point ocean promenade the the beautiful Green Point Park. Plus, only a short distance to the Waterfront, with many other amenities (shops, restaurants, cafes) in walking distance. A great find."
