"Dangerous and rude property. My daughter checked in Friday. They assigned her a room and gave her a key. She went out with friends before bringing in her luggage, and returned after. When she went to her assigned room, her key did not work. So she went to front desk to tell them. They looked up her room, and rekeyed for her. When she opened the door, there was a man in the room. They gave a stranger, her room, and did not update their records. That put her in a dngerous situation. Fortunately, the man did not wake up, or react violently to his room being opened at 2:30 in the morning. Check out this morning was 11 am. No one at front desk during check out time, and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. When the owners wife finally came to the counter, I tried to tell her what happened on Friday, when she interrupted me with a scowl on her face, raised her voice at me yelling ‘what do you want? Well .. What do you want!’
I want to warn travelers that any property, that could unapologetically but a young woman in that kind of danger should not be trusted. There are beautiful places to say in Thomasville, stay away from this disorganized nightmare. I will never book there again. Glad I purchased trip insurance. Awful, scary place. Everyone except owners wife was pleasant. Maybe they should not let her near customers."
