"Just note if you book a room in the West Wing, you’re not even in the same building as the casino and it’s hard to get to the casino from the West Wing. You have to walk and check-in is a nightmare."

"Restaurant would not take orders to go, said they were too busy, had to get in cars and find another alternative. Didn't appreciate a long drive and couldn't get food to eat while relaxing in room."

"Such a great stay. Just be careful when you check out bc they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. I called after I got home and realized it and they backed out the charge. Some front desk staff were great, some Mezza Mezza. Overall, great place!"

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. "The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country."

"Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!"

"The Mountain View and lake view were pretty awesome! Room was pretty clean and fireplace kept the room warm. We would definitely stay there again!"
