"I’m handicap and required a room equipped as such, or first floor. I was placed as far away from the elevator on the second floor as possible. Arrived early enough to explore this concern, no rooms had started check in. Nothing worked such as vending machines, ice machines and no concerns over the function. It was indicated with a very high volume of people with no extra controls for service. Wouldn’t book again."

"I made my reservation 2 weeks before my intended stay because I was going to be staying due to work scheduling. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30am after my 12 hour shift at the animal ER I was informed that there was not a room available for me. The front desk worker was very kind and apologetic about the situation. I do not blame him for the poor management, it clearly wasn’t his fault. "The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good."

"Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price. Problem is the management; not employees and not the place"
