"Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
We had a Hillside Suite on the first floor, which was plenty of room for our family. I think the second floor in the building (400) would have been much better, as our room was dark and the outside area was at the base of a giant dirt hill, which was hot and dusty so you couldn't really sit outside even in the evening. The upper level had a covered balcony so probably a better option. The hotel was larger and busier than others I have stayed at in Springdale, but the pool was smaller and got very crowded at the end of the day. Laundry facilities need an upgrade as there are only two old machines and many people trying to use them. Great proximity to the park entrance but longer walk into town and restaurants."
