Then we received a message after we checked out from the hotel staff: (During our stay a curtain rod blew off and broke in the bathroom when a gust of wind came up while we also had the back patio door open. This occurred the day before we checked out. We let the front desk attendant know when we went down that afternoon. He said he appreciated us...

"El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad."
