"Thank you! The location is very convenient - between tourist information center and Bar Harbour downtown. It's clean, close to roads, but you are in the woods at the same time. Very quiet. The host is polite, friendly and efficient."

"Property pictured is not where we stayed. We reserved a 1bdrm with living area as per the pictures and stayed in a very dated small camping type cabin. Property owner is EXTREMELY deceptive with the pictures! Property is run down, no outside lighting at night, poor signage, broken glass outside the cottage, the driveway was one huge pot hole. "The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped...

"The location was great! It's close to a lot of restaurants and gift shops. The unit was on the second floor, so it was a little bit challenging for me because I have bad knees, but we're very satisfied with the place. It's not too far from Acadia National Park. I would recommended it. The communication with host was fast."
