"We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision.
The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

"We were told that our room was on second floor so we carried all our luggage & groceries up to 2nd floor only to find our unit was on 1st floor, so had to lug everything down after disturbing people in unit we were told we were in. Parking spot was difficult to park in & get out. Shower temp was scalding no matter how we adjusted handle or how long it ran so couldn’t shower. "The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness."

"The property is brand new and well maintained, with a little of smell of fresh house. The view is truly impressive— we were even able to see a rainbow from the window, which was a lovely surprise.
However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during our stay, which may be inconvenient for guests who need stable internet access. In addition, I would strongly recommend booking dinner in advance or bringing sufficient food supplies. When we arrived at 1:30, the restaurant was already fully booked,...
